A UK edition was available also: Volume 1 for Innistrad, Volume 2 for the Spell Thief and Volume 3 for Path of Vengeance. It contains 96-104 pages (Depending on the country), no promo were included. *In 2013, the first two series of IDW Comics was translated in several languages by Panini Comics: French, German, Italian as a compilation of the 4 Comics that were available in the US. IDW didn't announce that surprise as a prank, but given the date, First of April 2012 who knows?! But issue #3, released last week, included "Feast of Blood," wtih "Electrolyze" apparently slated for issue #4. The cards were announced by both WOTC and IDW as being "Electrolyze" in Magic: The Gathering #3 and "Feast of Blood" in issue #4. IDW Publishing also had a surprise switcheroo on its Magic: The Gathering inserts, as it switched the cards that it and Wizards of the Coast had announced as inserts in its Magic: The Gathering #3 and #4 issues.
The comic books exist with variant covers. They included Alternate Art Promos Cards. A Magic: The Gathering comic book published by IDW showed up in February 2012.
